On Sunday 23-3-14, the Lake Cathie Raiders under 11’s won the Taree Rugby League Gala day.
Our big hitting forwards led by Tyler the Tank brought the game to the defense. The New Bang Brother’s, Declan, Mathew and James helped gain the momentum for our backs to finish off with some great tries. Joe L and Joe B were outstanding in both attack and defense. Ewan was untouchable at hooker, making a few barnstorming runs. Aston marshaled the team around the park with skill, setting up many of our tries. Sam, Hudson, Jayden and David adapted to any position they were put in. Dayne and Mitchell were gallant in both defense and attack. Kade used his never give up attitude to lift the team again and again. The entire team had fun and this year is looking great. Brad and Tom were very proud once again.
